How complaints work here
We operate under Canadian law, which handles copyright complaints with a notice-and-notice procedure. We follow it to the letter. It protects you, and it protects us.

A rights holder sends a notice
It reaches our abuse desk, not your server.

Removal needs a court order
Only a Canadian court can order content off a server.
We keep subscriber records for six months, as the Copyright Act requires. Spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, CSAM and unlicensed sports or IPTV streams are never allowed. Read the acceptable use policy
