Questions before you order

How fast is a VPS ready?

Usually within minutes. The first order on a new account is reviewed before it goes live, which can take a little longer.

Can I send email from my VPS?

Outbound port 25 is closed by default to keep our addresses off spam lists. Open a ticket after your first 30 days and first payment, and we open it for you.

How many VPS can a new account order?

Up to two in the first 30 days. After that, order as many as you need.

Is there hourly billing?

No. Billing is monthly, or quarterly and yearly with a 5% and 10% discount.

Do you ask what I run on the server?

No. You don't have to explain what the server is for. The acceptable use policy lists the few things that are never allowed, such as spam, malware and DDoS.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Do I get IPv6?

Yes, every VPS gets an IPv6 /64 at no extra cost.

What if I need a whole port, not a share?
